Whitening procedure: 
Step 1
The whitening treatment starts with a complete check-up of the teeth. Unhealthy teeth need to be treated before commencing the whitening session.
Step 2
The colour shade guide determines the initial shade of the teeth.
Step 3
The teeth need to be cleaned in order to eliminate plaque and tartar stains and other irregularities.
Step 4
The dentist places a cheek retractor and applies the gel directly onto the teeth. Protection of the gingiva is not needed since the gel is PH neutral.
Step 5
After positioning the whitening tip, all teeth of both upper and lower arch are equally exposed during 20 minutes.
Step 6
The gel is removed and the procedure is repeated twice.
Step 7
After the third session the teeth are rinsed.
Step 8
After the third session the teeth are rinsed and the result is matched with the colour shade guide.
