Many options exist, including bridges, implants, or partial dentures. There is no reason to live with missing teeth. Not only does a full set of teeth improve self-esteem but also makes all the other teeth last longer by reducing stress placed on the remaining natural teeth. All options are available from our offices.
Implantation
A dental implant is an artificial tooth root. Where normally the own root gives the tooth stability, the new "root" is inserted directly into the jaw bone, i.e. implanted. Bone grows around the implant and it becomes a part of your body. The implant is then crowned to support one or more false teeth via a bridge or to secure dentures. Implants can also be used to replace all of your teeth in the case of a full mouth reconstruction by the placement of 6-10 implants and bridge work. This worthwhile and secure alternative has been accepted by modern dentistry for many years and has more than proved its value and benefits.
The placement of dental implants is a well established surgical procedure which our dentists in Hungary are experienced in placing. Over 90 per cent of modern implants last over 15 years. Dental implants are often the recommended solution to missing teeth.
The implants are exclusively made of pure Titanium. The human body accepts titanium, a totally resistant material, completely. It is biocompatible and stable.
Every person is different and unique, and so is the personal oral situation, which our dentist will examine carefully in order to make out a treatment plan. The general health situation also plays a major role.
The actual duration naturally depends on the quality and amount of the bone. While implants used to take 2 - 6 months to heal.
To help you progress towards final care, there are various possibilities for a provisional denture.
Good care and regular check ups by your dentist will ensure that your artificial dental roots will hold for a lifetime. Current observations show that implants can remain anchored in the jaw bone without problems for more than 30 years.
You will enjoy the benefits of this investment in your quality of life every day for many years to come.
Dental implants are a permanent solution to missing teeth. They can improve your ability to chew food and speak. They can also bring back the contour of your cheeks so that you do not get a sunken appearance that develops when teeth are missing. Further, by providing support to lips and cheeks giving them a fuller appearance, wrinkles can be reduced.
The denture clips onto the implants making it very stable and far superior to a normal denture. Another benefit of using implants with dentures is that there is no need for the denture to cover the palate of the mouth; this means that taste may be dramatically improved. Difficult to eat foods such as apples and steak can once again be a joy to eat.
If you have one or several missing teeth, you may be a good candidate to have one or more dental implants. You should consult with our dentist in London, or in Hungary. Remember that with dental implants, age is not a factor.
You can have any number of teeth replaced with implants, from a single tooth to a full mouth reconstruction where up to 10 implants and bridge work can be used to replace your teeth.
No, unless you're only having a single tooth replaced. Normally, five or six implants can be used to replace all the teeth in one jaw. Each implant can usually support two teeth. Your dentist will best advise you on the number of implants recommended at the time of consultation in London or Hungary.
Placing the implants is a surgical procedure, which can be carried out under local anaesthetic or sedation. As with all surgical procedures, some discomfort may be felt during surgery and the following weeks. This is part of the normal healing process.
The placement of dental implants depends on you having enough jawbone to support this tooth replacement technique. If this is not the case, you need not worry. With today’s remarkable advances in dental technology, a jawbone that has suffered excessive resorption can be rebuilt with modern bone grafting techniques.
In the vast majority of cases, a dental implant will pass without incident. However you should be aware of possible complications. Our dentist explain the possible complications at the time of consultation.
Crowns:
A dental crown, also known as a "dental cap", is a restoration that encases the tooth in order to strengthen a decayed tooth, repair a broken tooth, or improve the cosmetic appearance of the tooth.
If you and your dentist determine that a dental crown is the best option, your dentist will first shape your tooth to a minimal thickness and then take an impression of your tooth, which your dentist will send to the lab to make your permanent dental crown. In the meantime, your dentist will place a temporary dental crown over your tooth, and will determine what shade your dental crown will be in order to best match the shade of your teeth.
When your dental crown is ready, you will return back to the practice for your second visit. Your dentist will remove the temporary dental crown and then cement the permanent dental crown to your tooth
A porcelain dental crown looks and feels exactly like a real tooth, so nobody, including you, should be able to tell the difference. If anything, your new dental crown will enhance the look of your smile
Bridges:
One reason is to improve your overall cosmetic appearance. On a functional level the gap left by missing tooth can lead to greater strain on the teeth at either side. A gap can also affect the way you bite because the teeth next to the space can lean into the gap and alter the way the upper and lower teeth bite together. This can then lead to occlusion problems and food can get trapped into the gap, which can cause both decay and gum disease.
Only if you have healthy gums and bone. Our experienced dentist will help you decide which the best way of replacing missing teeth is.
Just like your own teeth you need to clean your bridge daily, to prevent problems such as bad breath, decay and gum disease.
Dentures:
Dentures are a partial or full set of artificial teeth for either the top or bottom jaw, or both.
During the first few weeks, dentures may feel awkward or bulky in your mouth, but this is normal and you will soon get used to wearing them until they feel natural. There are over the counter gels and creams available to soothe the initial pain caused by the new pressure of the dentures against your gums. Your teeth could be stabilized in an easy way with micro-implantations.
Eating may take some getting used to when dentures are new, but by avoiding very hard or sticky foods, your dentures should adjust easily over time. Also, speech may be affected but should be remedied over time as well, as you adjust to your new dentures.
Your dentist will go over the denture care procedure with you during your fitting and subsequent visits. First, you must brush your dentures daily, as you would with any teeth, to avoid staining or discoloration. Be sure to use a brush specifically designed for brushing dentures, which have much softer bristles that will not harm your dentures. Special denture cleansers are also available from your local drugstore. Finally, it is important that your dentures stay mist as much as possible in order to retain their shape, so it is suggested that you soak the dentures overnight in water or a soaking solution.
Over time, your jaw may grow or change in a way that may cause your dentures to become loose or irritating, in which case you should schedule an appointment with your dentist to adjust your dentures.
Veneer
It takes two working dental visits about. There are some planning visits prior to the working visits to determine what result you want and some follow-up bite adjustment visits. Porcelain veneers do not stain and are as strong as natural teeth. When properly placed they will not come off or break even when eating taffy, caramel, or corn on the cob. Like natural teeth, veneers may break also. You should still practice good dental home care.
A dental veneer is a thin shell of porcelain fabricated to fit over the front surface of a tooth, like a false fingernail fits over a nail. Veneers are commonly made of porcelain but sometimes a natural colour 'composite' material may be used. Veneers are held in place by a very strong luting resin which requires minimal tooth conditioning.
Veneers can give the appearance of natural healthy teeth. They can improve the colour, shape and position of teeth. A precise shade of porcelain can be chosen to give an accurate colour which will improve a discoloured or stained tooth or lighten the appearance of front teeth. A veneer can make a chipped tooth look intact. The porcelain covers the whole of the front of the tooth with a thicker section replacing the chipped area. Veneers can also be used to close small gaps between teeth, when orthodontic treatment is unsuitable or unwanted. If one tooth is slightly tilted out of position, a veneer can sometimes be fitted to bring it into line with other teeth.
The outer enamel surface of the tooth may be removed, to ensure that the veneer can be bonded permanently in place. If the teeth do not require any realignment or shape correction, the amount of enamel removed is the same as the thickness of the veneer to be fitted. This ensures that the profile stays the same. A local anaesthetic may be used to ensure that there is no discomfort. Once the tooth has been prepared, the dentist will take an 'impression.' This will be given to the dental technician, along with any other information needed to make the veneer. The colour of surrounding teeth is matched on a shade guide to ensure that the veneer will look entirely natural.
Veneers should last for many years, but they can chip or break, just as natural teeth can. Your dentist can give an estimate as to how long veneer treatment can last. If a veneer becomes chipped it may be repaired, or a new veneer can be fitted.
Veneers can also be placed to improve the appearance of teeth which have previously undergone orthodontic treatment. Previously corrected crowding and overlapping can reappear later in life. Orthodontic care may not be an option and therefore veneers may be placed to regain the desired appearance and function.
Tooth withening
RemeWhite Professional In-office Whitening is an absolutely safe and painless treatment. The dentist will perform a complete check-up and, if needed, treat the teeth before starting. The RemeWhite gel is applied accurately and easily. Crowns and dentures are not affected by the treatment.
Compared to older and more complex methods with a halogen lamp, whitening through plasma technology is offering all possible comfort and with amazing results. The duration of the total treatment is about1,5 hour.
A whitening session can result in an improvement up to 10 shades. Strongly stained teeth might need a second treatment. Studies have shown that combined with a good oral hygiene, teeth can keep their improved colour for 3 years and longer.
With the price of £... whitening is one of the cheapest cosmetic treatments. In less than 1,5 hour you are assured of an amazing result.
Almost everyone. However, there are some cases where treatment may not be effective. Tooth lightening is ideal for patients who have healthy, unrestored teeth and would like a whiter, brighter smile. Tetracycline discolorations and artificial dental work are usually not greatly responsive to dental bleaching. Crowns, bridges, bondings, and fillings do not lighten with dental bleaching systems.
Normally, RemeWhite will not hurt your gums. However, should you encounter any problems than please refer our dentist since you might have some kind of gum problem.
RemeWhite removes most stains in your teeth leaving them look whiter and healthier. When the active ingredient comes into contact with your teeth, it will penetrate the tooth surface and will dissolve the protein chains (which are responsible for the stains) in smaller structures, which are colourless. This is a gradual process that ensures that your teeth will lighten to their original colour.
Laser Eye surgery
It is a painless laser surgery performed on your eyes that can correct refractive problems such as near-sightedness, far-sightedness and astigmatism.
Acromin for: Laser Assisted In Situ Keratomileusis.
laser beam - the tool; in situ - natural, in a normal place; kerato - the greek word for cornea; mileusis - shaping, forming
The LASIK procedure has been used worldwide for about 10 years. The first clinical test was performed in the USA in 1991, however, they have been using its basic principles for much longer. Ophthalmologists have been forming and changing the cornea for more than 50 years. The excimer laser has been used since the 80's.
LASIK combines the benefits of the precise excimer laser and corneal formation techniques.
People who are near-sighted, and far-sighted or use cylinder correction devices. For whatever reason they decide they do not wish to or can not wear glasses or contacts. They must also be aware of the possible complication, even though they are very rare. Ultimately, it is decided whether you may be a candidate after a complete eye exam performed at our clinic.
We do not perform surgery under age 18. Surgery is not recommended for people whose degree of refractive problems or prescription may still change. There are also contra-indications for a few eye and general diseases, which will be discussed during your examination (ie. Keratoconus, other corneal disorders, severe degrees of blurred vision, advanced diabetes, pacemaker). Surgery is not advised during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Certain diseases increase the risks involved in having the procedure, therefore a decision is made based on your individual state of health.
Your general eye-sight, without additional correction, improves greatly after the LASIK surgery. 95% of patients can drive without glasses or contacts. In fact many reach 1.0 or 100% clear vision.
Patients need to know that the 1.0 or 100% clear vision after surgery may be different than the previously 1.0 vision achieved by wearing glasses or contacts; depending on which type of procedure they have. It is also important to know that over 40 years of age, as the eye's ability to adapt decreases, reading glasses will probably be needed.
Dioptres corrected with laser surgery do not regress, but you should not forget that throughout life eyesight continually changes. This is why eye doctors only recommend laser surgery, if your eyesight has not changed for a longer period of time. Usually, your eyes stop changing after age 18.
The surgery takes about 15-20 minutes for both eyes, but the actual treatment takes only about 1-2 minutes.
During the surgery you are given local anaesthesia in the form of drops. You will also receive a mild pill prior to the procedure to relax you.
Due to the desensitizing drops you would receive prior to the procedure, there is no pain. However, you may feel mild discomfort.
Nowadays, both eyes are usually treated at once. The last ten years of experience has shown that there are no greater risks or complications, if both eyes are treated at the same time. In fact, this way you avoid the uncomfortable feeling of experiencing the difference between the treated and untreated eye. (One eye perceives objects differently than the other. It may cause you to feel uncertain, dizzy, and possibly even give you a headache.) It's easier to only have to prepare for the procedure once.
This depends on the type of work you do. In most cases, patients are able to return to work the next day. In certain cases (where the job requires perfect vision), it is worthwhile to stay home for a day or two. However, in any case, there is no reason to take an extended vacation.
Directly after the surgery you can do light sporting activity. It is recommended that you avoid any sporting activity that can injure the eye for two weeks following the treatment. With these types of sports, you should probably wear protective eye gear for at least 1 month. Avoid swimming for two-three weeks.
Anytime. Air travel has no affect on the surgery.
The day of the surgery you will already have relatively good vision, which may change in the first few days. Your vision will stabilize in the following 2-3 months.
You may need reading glasses after age 40, regardless of whether you have the surgery or not. It is a natural fact, that as you grow older your eye's ability to adapt decreases.
The external appearance of your eyes will not change after the surgery.
Many tests prove that LASIK is a safe and effective procedure. As with all surgeries, there are some risks, but these are meaningless compared to the benefits you would receive.
Cosmetic surgery
Facial rejuvenation with mesoterapy
No, because wrinkle filing is used to fill up the deeper wrinkles, while mesotherapy makes your skin in generally look younger, fresher and it improves the structure of your skin.
Pain will vary from patient to patient but if there is pain it should be minimal. Even the patients who are afraid of needles only talk about minimal discomfort.
Not really, since this Mesotherapy has not been developed to treat these areas. However, after examining your skin, our esthetic advisor may recommend you other treatments that can bring you the results required even at the sensitive skin of the neck or cleavage.
Since we only inject natural substances, yu do not have to be afraid of any allergic reactions. Your skin may get swollen and red but the algae mask and a cream containing vitamin K helps to relieve this discomfort in a few hours.
Chemical Peeling
It is one treatment but can be repeated after half a year time. If your skin is really problematic your dermatologist may advise to perform the peel more frequently.
We recommend you to spend the next five days at home because it is the period when the outer layer is peeling off. The intensity of peeling depends on your facial skin type, patients with oily skin will experience heavier peeling while patients with dry skin will experience lighter peeling. Our dermatologist usually performs the peel on Fridays, so besides the weekends you are only required to spend a few working days at home.
The pigmentation disorders can be caused by numerous reasons, e.g. your skin got sun burnt or the use of contraception pills too. If you have this kind of problem after the chemical peel we advise you to use a special whitening cream for the next six weeks every evening and you will get rid of your pigmentation spots.
We advice the fall-spring period in order to avoid early pigmentation in the summer. After the chemical peel you should protect your skin with sun block with adequate UVA and UVB protection from direct sunlight.
Of course! Your skin will react differently though, it will not peel off as heavily as with oily facial skin. However, it does not affect the result and you may notice that your skin becomes less dry. Don't hesitate to try chemical peel even if your skin is dry!
Facelift
Incisions usually begin above the hairline at the temples, extend in a natural line in front of the ear. The scars on your head will be invisible while the others can be hidden easily. The scars heal depending on your body build but you can also help this process (protect the scars from excessive sunlight, use special cream that helps healing the scars). Scars will fade more in the year following the surgery.
Since the surgery is done under general anesthesia (You will be asleep for the surgery), you will feel no pain. After the surgery though the skin gets swollen, may bruise and you might experience stronger pain for the first two to three days, but it can be relieved by medication.
By the time the stitches are removed, the pain is gone.
Ageing can be seen in the face. Facelift gives a lasting younger look for a timespan of even ten to fifteen years.
Of course! Cosmetics treatments, which can make the skin softer and more hydrated, are advisable after the stitch removal. Our surgeons may recommend the use of face rejuvenation procedures before the surgery in order to increase the elasticity of the skin.
It is not more dangerous than any of the other plastic surgeries. It has its own risks. You should understand that bruising may occur on the treated area but it metabolises in ten to fourteen days.
APTOS thread procedure
APTOS procedure is ideal for those whose skin has sagged only around the cheeks; while facelift is the best solution for those whose face and neck have begun to sag as well.
It is substance made of tissue friendly material; no allergic reaction should be experienced after the treatment.
Unlike other facial rejuvenation procedures you only need to keep the treated area away from water for 24 hours so the injection site can heal without infections in a couple of days.
Don not worry, you do not have to skip any days of work. You can go back to work immediately (the following day) after the treatment.
We ask you not to use foundation, blusher and powder for three to four days on the treated area after that you can use make up as usual.
Eyelid surgery
Generally saying we recommend eyelid surgery above the age of 30. However, in some exceptional cases it might be carried out on a patient under the age of 30, if the plastic surgeon believes this is the best method for him/her to achieve the results wished.
Yes, depending on the condition of your eyelids it can happen that the plastic surgeon will suggest to reshape either only Your lower or upper eyelids.
Eyelid surgery can bring you a drastical improvement in your looks. The surgeon will carefully hide the scars in a way that your friends, colleagues or family members will never recognize from them you have had plastic surgery.
Since the eyes are one of the major features of your face, improving their looks will drastically improve your looks in general. An eyelid surgery can make you look 10-15 years younger!
Ear surgery
The surgeon makes a small incision in the back of the ear, perfectly hidden from view which makes the scar invisible.
Every patient is required to wash hair before the surgery since you can not wash your hair again until the stitches are removed.
Naturally the reduction of lobes can be performed also, though the technique is more complicated. Do not be afraid of that to discuss your expectations honestly with your surgeon.
We can not deny that you will have active pain for two to three days, but this pain can be relieved by medication. The pain is gone in a week after the surgery so you can fully enjoy your new look.
The bandage - that is put on the ear straight after the surgery - has to be on the ear day and night. After the stitches are removed, you still have to wear the bandage (headband) at night. This it may sound inconvenient but do not forget that the goal of the headband is to set the new position of your ears!
Nose surgery
The splint has to be worn for two weeks. You will notice swelling and it is likely that bruising occurs around your eyes. By the end of the two weeks the pain is gone with the splint being taken off. You can go back to work two weeks after the surgery.
You will not have strong pain, but you will have little discomfort with breathing after the tampon (gauze) is placed into your nose for some days.
A tampon is placed into your nose for a day after the surgery that may cause breathing problems as well as the swelling and bruising around the treated area. You will need from three to four days to be able to breathe normally through your nose.
Do not worry about the scars; the bone and cartilage are sculpted using hidden incisions. There will not be any visible scars!
Botox
You do not have to worry about losing your natural mimics if the proper amount of Botox is injected to the area whose wrinkles are to be treated, and the surgeon uses the proper techniques.
The Botox smoothes the mimic wrinkles while wrinkle filling treats the deep wrinkles. Both the technique and the effect are different but you may combine these procedures for better results.
Wrinkle filling
Botox smoothes the mimic wrinkles while wrinkle filling treats the deep wrinkles. Both the technique and the effects are different, however the two treatments may be combined in certain cases for better results.
In this case, we wait 2 weeks from the first procedure and You need to consult Your surgeon again about Your expectations. The substance injected needs to be the same.
Our surgeons use substances they previously had good experiences with. Since all the manufacturing companies produce quick metabolizing and permanent substances, you will discuss it with your surgeon what type of substance to be used based on the desired duration and results.
The effects of the procedure mainly depend on the type of the injectable filler you chose with your surgeon. It may last from couple of months as long as five years, but can be repeated. You must know that different types of fillers can not be combined so it is important to always discuss it with your surgeon if you ever had wrinkle filling before.
Lip enhancement
In this case we wait 2 weeks from the first procedure and you need to consult your surgeon again. The substance injected has to be the same.
No. Unfortunately you can not. You need to wait until it totally heals and wait for another 4 weeks before the procedure.
Our surgeons don't use silicon because silicon can not be easily removed form your body. The silicon, unike any other injectable fillers, spreads out into the bodies tissues, and can be only removed in special cases but a scar always remains. We recommend using substance that metabolizes.
Our surgeons only use substances they previously had good experiences with. Since all the manufacturing companies produce quick metabolizing and permanent substances, you will discuss it with your surgeon what type of substance to be used based on the desired duration and results.
Dermaroller / collagen induction therapy
The treatment is always performed under local anaesthesia, so you experience minimal inconvenience. There are no visible scars after the treatment (the redness is gone by the next day) so you can return to work without delay.
CIT was invented by a German plastic surgeon a few years ago. There are no negative side effects of the therapy and since our patients are satisfied with the results. The therapy was performed first in Hungary by our professional dermatologist who was asked by the company who developed this method to introduce this new procedure in the country.
Yes, you can. Our experience shows that the excessive redness of the skin disappears within 24 hours. You can cover the redness with special cosmetics, but we suggest you wait until it is gone.
If you are disposed to develop keloids, the therapy can not be performed. It is equally important for you not to have any active skin disease such as herpes etc.
The collagen induction therapy activates the skin's collagen production, the skin gets younger, fresher, the wrinkles disappear, the pores narrow.
Liposuction
No, we advice you to stop taking them two weeks before the surgery for your own safety since they increase the risk of the operation.
The result of the liposuction can be measured rather in centimeters than in kilos. You may find that you are more comfortable in a wider variety of clothes and more at ease with your body. Improvement will become even more apparent after about four to six weeks.
Between two liposuctions we require you to wait from three to six months, so that your body has time to regenerate.
Try to maintain your new shape and do not put on weight after the surgery because sudden weight changes are generally not healthy for your body. However, if you start putting on weight, you should know that the first plus kilos do not appear at the treated area. You will only gain weight at the treated area if you manage to gain a massive amount of weight in general.
Breast augmentation
Choosing the right implant is the key to the successful surgery and to your satisfaction. Nowadays there are many types of implants in size, texture and shape. At the initial consultation you will have to be frank to your surgeon so he will be able to help you choosing the right implant.
For the first two or three weeks you will have a firm feeling in your breasts until you get used to the implant. After this period the pain is relieved and you will be used to the new shape and look of your breasts.
Of course! Implants do not influence breastfeeding. So, if you do not have children yet but want to have larger breasts, future nursing should not hinder you from fulfilling your dreams!
You need to be careful, so that the implant will not move from its place. That is why you will be wearing a special bra for four to six weeks and are not allowed to lift heavy objects or do intensive sports in the following one month.
Depending on the technique used the scars can be positioned in the crest under the breasts, around the areola or in the armpits. The incisions are only couple of inches long. The scars will heal depending on your makings, but you can also can do a lot, to have better result: you need to protect the scars from excessive sunlight and there are special creams helping the healing process. Scars will fade gradually in the year following the surgery.
Most implant manufacturers recommend to change the implant every ten years even if there were no complications since they give 10 years warranty on their implants. Although it is advised to go and have your breasts checked on a regular basis, after the 10th year of having an implant this is even more important, so that your doctor can advise you the change of implant if necessary. In the mean time if you want to have a bigger implant or your breasts started to loose their shape, naturally you do not have to wait ten years!
It is not true at all, it has no negative effect on flying, this is the most common misbelief about breast augmentation.
In the last decade, as the implants developed they became more safe and the probability of breaking and leaking got smaller. However, the human body reacts differently to the implant. Our body may form a capsule around the implant that squeezes the implant so hard, that the breast looses its softness and becomes hard. Although there are no exact methods to prevent this happening, a good surgeon always notices this on time at your check-up.
Breast lift
Naturally breast lifts do not influence future breast feeding, so it can be performed on woman who have no children yet.
Your surgeon will explain to you where the incisions (depending on the technique of the surgery) will be. Scarring will result under the curve of breast, perpendicular to that and usually around the areola. The scars heal depending on how your body is built but you can also help reduce the scarring process if you protect the scars from excessive sunlight or you use special creams. Scars will fade more in the year following the surgery.
If you work in an office, you may return within two weeks after the surgery. If you have a job that requires physical work, you need to stay at home since you were instructed to avoid heavy lifting from three to four weeks. Doing sports is adviseable after the first month following the surgery, but make sure you wear your special bra!
You will have active pain for two to three days, but this pain can be relieved by medication. The pain is gone in a week after the surgery though you may still find the treated area sensitive.
Areola Correction
Yes of course, you will be able to breast feed because the surgery does not destroy the milk ducts at all.
Yes, since the goal of the surgery is to have the most symmetrical and most harmonic breasts.
Breast reduction
Though everyone bares the pain in a different way, you may feel some pain for the first couple of days and some discomfort for a week or more. Your surgeon will prescribe medication to lessen the pain, though the treated area will probably remain sensitive for a couple of weeks.
It depends on the technique of the surgery. Your surgeon will explain this to you in detail at the consultation. Since this is a surgical procedure, permanent scars will remain afterwards. The scars will gradually become less obvious, after some time (six months to a year) eventually fading to thin white lines. In order to have your scars heal properly your surgeon will advice you the use of special creams. Use them regularly and your skin will be grateful for all this caring. Be careful with extensive sunshine, if you use tanning beds, don't forget to cover your scars.
Right after surgery you will be able to notice the immense improvement in the shape of your breast, however it may be three months or more before your breasts settle into their new and permanent shape.
Breast reduction does not have a negative effect on breast-feeding so do not hesitate to talk to any of our surgeons if you are considering breast reduction even if you want to give birth later some day.
Gynecomastia
The surgeon makes the incisions around the areola where the scars heal well. The scars remaining after liposuction are small like a mosquito bite and almost invisible. You can help the healing of the scars also (e.g. You stay away from excessive sunlight, use special creams)
The surgery will not need to be repeated after years since most part of the glandular tissues are removed. Local fat deposits can develop around your breast though if you gain significant weight after the surgery. Try to keep your ideal weight!
Since the surgery is performed in general anaesthesia, you will feel no pain during the procedure. The first 2-3 days after surgery you may experience local pain in the treated area, which can be eased well by medicines. By the end of the first week the pain will be gone, however the area may still remain sensitive for some time.
If you work in an office, you can return within the first week, but it is still recommended to rest and only pick up sports again after the third or fourth week. If your job is physical, we recommend you to stay at home for two or three weeks.
Tummy tuck
You need to know that the incisions are positioned on the lower part of the tummy so they are easy to hide and almost invisible.
